Toning Tutorial

For me, the most efficient form of meditation is toning and singing.

Toning controls your breath, slows your pulse, and helps you enter a state of deep relaxation.

This 4 day email tutorial is tiny — toning in 5 minutes — with one section of toning at a time — including my favorite, throat toning & singing. As a professor, I taught this to hundreds of students. Authentic Tibetan toning is a complex practice that takes years to master. BUT, this basic technique is very easy and provides so many benefits with so little work. Give it a try!
